Discriminating users, external customers or partners will only accept remote maintenance if it is accompanied by effective security measures. For this reason, they often have special requirements for audit compliancy, which we meet by providing the necessary enhancements to our product.

prisma|remote control prevents abuse of the remote maintenance system. Security measures include the recording and playback of remote maintenance sessions on client and server, multi-step access authorizations, callback options, automatic user logout when the session is interrupted and optional online encryption. In addition, access to the prisma Console is protected by user ID and passwords. Remote maintenance actions and the length of the session are saved with the technician’s name and the date using a checksum.
